Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in creating and delivering our handcrafted home decor and crochet products. Each item is made with attention to detail to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged items
    • Incorrect product delivered
  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in original condition
    • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
    • Proof (photos/videos) of the issue is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products:

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable
  • Slight variations in color, size, or design are natural and not considered defects

3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
    • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of prepaid orders where replacement is not possible, full refund will be issued

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only if:

    • Product is damaged or defective
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the product is shipped or production has started, cancellation is not possible
